Due to the intellectual property nature of the Insight service, subscribers are not entitled to a refund once subscribed, except in certain circumstances if we are in material breach of our Terms & Conditions (see Clause 18.1) as a result of circumstances within our control. In this instance, then a pro-rata return of the subscription may be possible.
